What's wrong with this person?

I am not sure what's wrong with this person. He kept tailing me. How can I say that? Because I blog at my blog and he will leave a comment. This started not long ago. You can go check out the comment he left at my blog. Everyone has freedom to speech but I feel like delete his comment.
