She knows the best of everything

My sister told me that she has done the right thing and she knows the best of everything. I think she has to seek advice and opinion from everyone before saying that. Her decision to go away has broken everyone's heart. My mom has no idea yet and I know if she found out she will be very sad.

No parents want their children to be away.
