USD to Malaysian Ringgit as Feb 27

My friend told me that he used his paypal account. The USD converted to Malaysian Ringgit is 1 USD = 3.57249 MYR.

OMG that is alot! I think usually it is less than 3.4 MYR.

Yeah not to forget there is charge of USD 5 for each withdraw.
