What to do with bad temper?

I like to know what will you do if your family member having a bad temper? I ask because my sister is always having bad temper, I think it must be her work at company.

She does not like her job any more so she has quits and her last day will be on 8 April, 2009. I hope her decision to go do what she likes will be worth it.
